Chocolate Macaroons

I am starting to experiment with recipes that I will want for Passover. here is a macaroon recipe I want to try

2 egg whites
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chocolate chips melted and cooled

Preheat oven to 325. Beat egg whites and salt until almost stiff. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Add flavoring and gently fold in coconut. Add in melted chocolate and stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
