Menu Monday May 23-30

And speaking of fresh, the lasagna turned out incredible. To me it was the best I have ever made. I added fresh basil as well as the sneaky kicks. It was such a fresh welcome flavor, I wanted to never stop eating it and did not mind in the slightest that there was no real cheese.
And now for this week's menu

Jennifer - I was not clear. I went back and edited the post to recommend getting an ice cream maker
ReplyDeleteAh-ha! We have one (somewhere) but it's dairy... I guess we could make a pareve ice cream in it anyway, just not serve it on the meat dishes.
