Menu Planning Monday - 4 Shevet 5771

While I enjoy being home traveling and visiting friends for Shabbat certainly makes the menu planning easier.

Sunday -Tofu Stirfry with peanut sauce, rice and keem
Monday - Tacos, spanish rice, black beans,
Tuesday - Baked teryaki chicken over couscous and green beans
Wednesday Pasta with leftover homemade sauce and salad.
