Wednesday - BFD - Eggs and pumpkin pancakes
Thursday - Pizza and salad
Friday - challah, hummus, tricolor gefilte fish loaf, matza ball soup, grilled chicken, mixed grilled veggies, carrot slaw, chocolate caramel tarts and/or possible a chocolate roulade

chocolate chip cookies
quinoa breakfast porridge
