This week's menu is still part of the holiday times and has more eating out and parties in it than an average week. Next week, we will get back to normal. Next week also marks the start of the new budget which has a reduced grocery allowance so our menus will reflect some cost saving strategies. As part of redoing our budget, the Froggy and I will packing lunches much more often when we are out. That means I need to plan lunches as well. This is mostly a problem for me since I have already been packing food for Froggy everyday. We are also going to be trying to sit down for a real breakfast before heading out for the day. 1. Frittatas are a great way to incorporatae veggies into the meal.
Per your profile you homeschool your children. Our 16 year old son attends school online. He's been homebased taught since he was in the 7th grade. Now that he's older he comments that he really likes attending school on his schedule.
    Have a terrific New Year!

  2. We don;t have much trouble working in veggies here. Frittatas are my husband's concession to my desire for less meat. So they are a frequent visitor to our menu along with tofu stir fry
