Menu Planning Monday - 17 Sh'vat
I have the winter blues and am struggling just to make the bare minimums this week. No sense of adventure or desire to experiment. This week I promise to try baking something new.
Sunday - pulled chicken, tatortots and peas
Monday - Tofu Stirfry, rice and keem
Tuesday - sandwiches on the road, carrots sticks and granola bars
Wednesday - Chili, chips, and salad
Thursday - Leftover buffet
Friday - Challah, mandu, miso soup, asian slaw, sweet salmon, rice, bok choy, molasses cookies, chocolate cookies. and apple breakfast bread
